Job Description:
We are currently hiring for a part time position for construction labor/clean-up for our large construction sites in the Central Valley: Lodi , Stockton, Manteca, Lathrop.
This is an Entry Level position.
steady paced job, involves: sweeping, general construction cleaning, and traffic control.
No tools are required.
You will be doing construction related labor , indoors and outdoors, assisting the super communicate with construction trades, and the overall maintenance of the job site.
Working in a team environment so attendance is key as our projects can run from 12-24 months long at a time, construction experience is preferred but not required.
Keys: Good attendance, reliability, ability to work well with others, working hard but always with safety in mind, being open to local commute.
Details: working in the elements (winter - cold, summer-hot), able to follow directions well as job focus can change weekly, able to multi task, self starter & ability to productively work alone
The job schedule can be Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Optional OT on the weekend, good advancement opportunities for outstanding individuals.
