*Jr Production Planner*
*Summary*
Aero Turbine’s Jr Production Planner works alongside employees to support production goals.
The planner will be responsible for structuring and performing analysis to support the road map for production capacity changes on the assigned production lines.
*Responsibilities *
* Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
* Work with departments to establish & improve processes (e.
g.
production batch sizes, material transfer processes & controls) for delivery.
* Respond to unanticipated changes—e.
g.
production shortfall vs.
schedule or material shortages: provide information, impact assessment, and revise production schedules as needed.
* Generate and publish schedules and forecasts showing risk
* Communicating plans, plan revisions, and production vs.
plan to all manufacturing, support, and business stakeholders.
* Represent production planning in the sales and operational planning process for Aero Turbine Production as needed.
* Assist in implementing systematic solutions to control inventory flow, minimize shortages.
* Complete other duties assigned by management as business needs shift or change.

* Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
