*Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flyers Posting Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for visiting properties listed on Google Maps, identifying vacant and distressed houses, and posting yellow letters with our contact information.
*Responsibilities:* 1.
Print out the letters shared via email.
2.
Utilize Google Maps to locate properties listed on our provided list.
3.
Verify that the identified properties are vacant and distressed.
4.
Post yellow letters on the properties with a predefined text stating "We buy houses" along with our contact number.
5.
Take clear pictures of both the posted yellow letter and the distressed property to document the posting.
6.
Upload the pictures to the designated drive to ensure proper tracking and verification.
7.
Ensure that the yellow letters are securely taped at the front door or the area away from the rain to the property and are prominently displayed.
*Requirements:* 1.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately identify distressed properties.
2.
Access to a reliable mode of transportation for property visits.
3.
Basic understanding of using Google Maps for navigation.
4.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
5.
Ability to take clear and high-quality pictures using a smartphone or camera.
6.
Reliable access to the internet and ability to upload pictures to a shared drive.
*Compensation:* - Payment of $1.
5 per letter posted.
- Payments will be processed upon successful upload of pictures to the designated drive.
*Note:* Yellow letters will be sent via email and it is the responsibility of the Specialist to print those letter and then visit the property to post them.
They have to ensure that the letters are securely taped to the properties.
