Outside Sales Representative

*OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for Northern California* *\*\*\*SALARY is NEGOTIABLE depending on experience\*\*\** _*QUALIFICATIONS*_ * Previous HVAC/R Industry experience a plus * Comfortable with Rooftops/climbing/heights * Proven track record for exceeding sales goals * Sales driven and self-motivated * Full time position * Valid Driver’s license required _*RESPONSIBILITIES*_ Primarily responsible for selling industrial preventative maintenance programs for both Air Conditioning and Refrigeration to end users in the *Northern California *geography.
Job requires rooftop equipment assessments and identification.
Team up with home office to manage sales database, opportunities, customer portfolios and survey details.
Responsible for customer communication to provide pro-active mechanical maintenance/service solutions resulting in the close of the sale.
This role requires consistent utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and prioritizes safety as the utmost concern.
