*Responsibilities:*
As an HVAC Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
* *Customer Consultation: *Conduct thorough assessments of clients' HVAC and home energy needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
* *Generating Sales Leads:* Pursue a blend of self-generated referrals created from existing customers you have helped, marketed leads, tech turn leads, and training visits.
* *Quotation and Proposal Development: *Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring clear communication of product features, benefits, and pricing.
* *Relationship Building: *Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners to enhance the company's reputation and expand market reach.
* *Sales Presentations: *Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
* *Financing Options: *Present and explain financing options to clients, providing clear information on payment plans, interest rates, and terms.
Collaborate with financial partners to facilitate smooth financing processes for clients.
* *Negotiation and Closing:* Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, address client concerns, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
* *Post-Sales Support: *Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, and provide post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
* Weekly / Daily team collaborations.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 2 years in-home sales experience.
* Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Familiarity with sales and/or service industry software is a plus.
* Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a must.
*License/Certification:*
* Driver's License (Required)
* HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) (Must Obtain Upon Hire)
*Physical Demands:*
* Regularly required to lift and/or move objects 10 - 20 lbs.
* Regularly required to ascend/descend ladders and balance and carry ladders.
* Walking and navigating through many areas of a home, including: attics, roofs, inside, outside, basements, and crawl spaces.
* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk.
* Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
*Compensation:*
* $50,000.
00 - $150,000.
00 per year
* Compensation is 100% commission-based which is earned once the job is completely paid for.
