Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent

Duties: - Assist clients in buying, selling properties - Conduct market research to determine property values - Create and maintain property listings - Show properties to potential buyers or renters - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease - Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process - Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations - Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and home inspectors - Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, such as preparing documents and filing paperwork - Provide exceptional customer service to clients Experience: - Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using technology for property listings and client communication If you are passionate about real estate and enjoy helping clients find their dream homes or investment properties, we would love to hear from you.
