Job Summary
The Regional Vice President of the West assists the COO in driving the Western region's profitability and creating a consistently excellent customer and employee experience.
Reporting to the COO, the RVP provides leadership for the assigned geographic region.
This individual will have P&L responsibility, manage the overall regional business, lead regional long-term planning, and contribute to overall business strategy.
The RVP plays an important strategic role in the success of the brand.
***This position will support our Western Region and an we are looking for a candidate who lives in in our Western Region (California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah or Arizona)***
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead/Manage/Accountability (LMA) for Account Management, Field Service, Dispatch, and Purchasing/Parts functions/departments.
Responsible for the implementation of company policy.
Manages team to provide world-class customer communication and problem-solving.
Ensures strong customer relations are maintained and new ones fostered.
Manages all aspects of customer contract compliance.
Ensures timely submission of customer quotes.
Ensures customer account profitability objectives are met.
Creates/maintains the structure that fully supports Field Service Technicians.
Creates/maintains the structure that provides technical support to Account Managers.
Directs dispatching activities in support of industry-leading customer service.
Manages efficient and effective parts acquisition and returns processing.
Ensures strong, vibrant, and accountable Level 10 meetings
Leads continuous process improvement activities.
Identifies and documents new operational processes to obtain optimum efficiency and reduce costs as necessary.
Conceptualizes, plans, directs and implements operational procedures and related employee training for processes, including service quoting, documentation of customer requirements and contracts, effective Sales/Service Operations interaction, service project planning and management, dispatching, and purchasing.
Fosters an environment of teamwork with other departments.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Frequent Travel Required through the Western Region and our Corporate Office located in Glendale Heights, IL

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
