Inside Sales Account Specialist.
Summary:
If you enjoy delivering great customer service and have attention to detail - WE WILL TRAIN YOU! The candidate will be a result-driven individual to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
You will be the point of contact for the client from Sale to Installation.
You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful, as an Account Specialist you will stay up-to-date with product features, and company capabilities and have excellent time management.
Additional responsibilities:
While providing excellent customer service, the role will have a sales quota.
Work with the owner to develop lead generation and prospecting for new customers.
Conduct outbound cold calls with local businesses.
Provide customers with estimates and quotes.
Work with the design team for creative solutions to meet customer needs.
Use Corebridge to manage customer life cycle.
Manage prospecting in our internal CRM
Telemarket for appointments, as well as direct contacts and follow-up with walk-ins.
Provide backup support where needed.
Work as an extension of customers’ marketing branding needs.
Proofread finished work to ensure customer specs are met.
Follow up on Outstanding Quotations.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in English.
Basic Math skills.
Ability to use and properly read a measuring tape.
Basic computer skills.
Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
Ability to perform cold calls in person from business to business.
Job Type: Full-time.

Pay Rate: Starting, $16-18 per hour, and commission earnings - earned commissions can exceed $500 per month based on performance.
