Showcase and sell luxury-inspired handbags live, earning an hourly salary.
You’ll work in our 3,000 SQFT building, where we provide all the gear and the audience - you bring the charisma and energy.
*WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING* Oysters, Pearls, Jewelry, Bath Bombs, and More! *YOUR MISSION* * Keep the audience enthralled with lively 4-hour TikTok live broadcasts * After the live session, you will evaluate its successes and areas of improvement *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Showcase products live on camera to convert viewers into buyers * Entertain, inspire, and inform viewers * Adjust future shows based on learnings and continuously work to improve audience engagement * Stay up-to-date with live selling trends, channels, competition, pop culture, fashion trends, and industry news * Educate audiences on product features, benefits, and special offers to facilitate informed purchase decisions * Perform other related job duties as needed *QUALIFICATIONS* * Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment * Must be receptive to coaching, education, and constructive criticism * Must be presentable with positive energy and body language * Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work well with others * Proficient in English for an English audience to clearly understand * Proficient with digital content creation (not required) * Good to Have Prior experience selling live (not required) * Good to Have Prior Sales experience (not required) * Good to Have Marketing experience (not required) * Good to Have Proven ability to deliver creative content (not required) * Good to Have Acting/Improv Degree/Certificate/Experience (not required) * Good to Have experience in operating and managing TikTok shop accounts (not required) * Good to Have an understanding of TikTok’s algorithms and trends (not required) * All experience and skills can be a mix of schooling and real-world learning * Able to pass basic background check *REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES* * Excellent communication skills * Ability to PRIORITIZE and work INDEPENDENTLY with minimal supervision * Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented * Ability to self-start/finish projects * Strong ability to multi-task and seamlessly move from project to project *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* * Stand for long periods * Able to bend and pick up items from the floor *BENEFITS* * Professional training and coaching on live-streaming techniques and promotion tactics * 5 Paid Holidays * 5 Days PTO * 5 Paid Sick Days * Employee discounts across all companies *BRIEF COMPANY DESCRIPTION* We are a Global, US Based, veteran-owned company with over 2 million followers collectively.
