Position Summary:

Primary responsibility for all positions with Standard-5-10-25 Cent Stores LLC, is to Amaze Every Customer Every Time.
The primary responsibility of the Business 2 Business (B2B) Outside Sales Representative is developing business customer relationships with new and existing business customers by connecting with customers outside and inside of the store.
This includes customer site visits, store visits, inventory management and prospecting for new business.
The regional areas for this position is San Rafael, San Francisco, and Oakland California.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect new business customers within the area and build relationships.
Develop and grow sales with new and existing business customers by visiting their place of business, in our stores, and managing their supply needs.
Leverage products and services to enhance customers business and growth opportunities.
Focused on daily sales activities and behaviors that include daily prospecting/client calls and meetings that result in sales quotas and captured orders.
Data entry of new leads and contacts, opportunities, quotes and updating sales cycle process in Epicor System.
Manage sourcing of product for special orders and client needs.
Coordinate with Store Manager, B2B Champion, and key store staff in the execution of the order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Provides input into discounts/pricing, positioning and strategy within assigned verticals or markets.
Maintain sales and gross margin.
Provide and analyze sales forecasts and reports with the manager as required.
Prepare and present proposals/quotes to corporate decision makers, build interactive components for all renewal and new business proposals, build interactive presentations that outline features, benefits, and unique selling points of interactive properties.
Deliver product to customer based on demand of the customer.
Assists Store Manager and B2B Champion with attracting new business through lead generation activities including in store events.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 3 years experience in working independently by managing and developing an outside sales territory with new and existing customers.
Outside sales experience including establishing and maintaining relationships and accounts, and other directly related sales and promotional activities strongly desired.
Must be willing to work early morning or evenings and weekends to ensure customer needs are addressed, attend company community and business functions, etc.
The ability to forecast business accurately, develop reports, and understand business financial principles is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as being comfortable talking with existing and new customers.
Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management and business fundamentals.
Develop and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Must have excellent attention to detail, follow up and reporting.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Comfortable with computers, various applications, technology, the internet.
PC skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with companys insurance carriers standards.
