The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with the Producer and Account Management teams managing a book of business.

* *Experienced -* You have 3-5+ years of employee benefits account manager experience
* *Account Experience -* You have small group experience (under 100 lives)
* *Educated -* High school diploma required, college degree preferred
* *Tech-savvy -* You are proficient with HealthConnect management system
* *Comprehensive knowledge - *You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* *Work Ethic - *You give exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
* *Certified -* You have your active Life & Health license

* Manages claims and coverage issues for clients
* Keep important documentation of all transactions in management system
* Assist with client billing and audits
* Manages client reports, renewal, marketing, open enrollment, and special projects
* Deliver quality customer service support to clients
* Collaborate with Marketing Department
* Conducts benefits webinars and presentations for clients and employees
