Real Estate Agent

Newly licensed or experienced agents.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, as well as motivated new licensees.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and laws governing real estate transactions - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients - Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and provide a positive experience throughout the transaction process - In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and property values - Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about real estate.
