Sales and Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager to learn Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This role will be responsible for assisting our Sr.
Sales and Project Management team and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain in a timely and accurate manner the company bid calendar and bid packages, including pre-qualifications and various bid rooms for acquiring bid documents and bidders lists - Provide attendance at job walks when necessary - Participate in weekly project status meetings for memorialization of progress - Manage the close-out process of each project where required - Utilize various windows and internet based software to track progress and manage documentation - Provide support to the sales team throughout the entire project lifecycle - Administrative support for construction sales department Experience: - Ability to read drawings and decipher specifications - Previous experience in a support/administrative role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Windows and other software; TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, Word, PP, Salesforce If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who can take advantage of an entry level position with actual growth opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
