Solar Sales Representative

Sales representative for an ethical company Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Duties: - Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation -Be willing to work at National stores to generate leads Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sales rep or in a similar sales leadership role - Strong sales track record with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish preferred) - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages plus commission.
