The house was completely renovated in 2019, everything is brand new (carpet, paint, windows, bathroom, kitchen, etc.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful of the home.
You will share the bathroom with one other person.
I have bad allergies so no pets (sorry), smoking outside is okay.
Verifying employment is a critical part of the screening process so I will need to verify that you have consistent income so however you feel comfortable doing that works for me.
