Getting kicked out of my house (Tracy)

Looking for a cheap room for rent.
I'am getting kicked out of my house.
I'am also supposed to be having back surgery as well.
I'am also transgender so an lgbtqia+ house would be perfect or atlease someone who is an ally or doesn't have a problem with me being trans than we will get along just fine.
I will also be getting a puppy in the future so pet friendly please.
I will be gettin kicked out February 1.
I have a job in tracy.
But haven't started it due to back injury.
Looking to stay local if possible if not that's okay.
