On-Site Property Manager at Apartment Complex (Lathrop Area)

Seeking a friendly, responsible, trustworthy, and dependable on-site property manager for 30+ unit apartment complex.
Duties include: - Handyman services around the community - Daily inspection of the common areas with light janitorial/maintenance work - Showing vacant apartments to perspective tenants - Enforcing community rules Requirements: - Handyman skills and own tools - Able to professionally communicate in English preferred bilingual in Cambodian/Khmer/Vietnamese Compensation: - 100% of the rent of 2-bedroom unit on the premises - $20+ per hour depending on experience
