Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and lesson plans - Provide support and supervision to students during classroom activities - Assist with the development of age-appropriate curriculum materials - Help create a positive and engaging learning environment for students - Support students in their academic, social, and emotional growth - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents Experience: - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching strategies - Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team We are seeking an Instructional Aide who is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to supporting the learning and development of young children.
