Assistant Teacher

* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team.
As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Duties: - Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans - Provide support and guidance to students during classroom activities - Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning challenges - Encourage literacy development through storytelling, reading, and writing activities - Assist with curriculum development and implementation - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Experience: - Previous experience working with students in a preschool or educational setting.
18 months through 6 years old.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with literacy education strategies - Understanding of special education techniques and accommodations - Experience in childcare or related field is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues - Proficiency in classroom management techniques We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
