Social Media Management Help (Tracy/Mountain House)

I'm looking for someone to assist in managing/updating social media sites for an organization.
Maybe we can learn together at how to do.
I'm estimating this is part time and no more than 5 hours/week.
At this time, it doesn't pay a lot, but can grow into something wonderful.
