*Note:*
* looking to build a new generative AI tool to help automate uploading data into their Gusto Pro tool.
* The primary users of this tool are accountants who must do a manual data upload of spreadsheets.
* The goal of this project is to help automate this as much as possible.
* Because all of their clients use different spreadsheets and there is little standardization, a LLM/NLP approach is being developed.
While there are other Data Science and Data Engineering teams in place supporting this role, this is a new project and this will be the first hire on the team.
*Candidates must have experience with:*
* LLMs
* NLP
* Python
* Data Science/AI/ML
* At least 6+ years of software engineering experience (Python, Ruby or Java).
* 3+ years of experience designing and developing AI and ML models, focused on NLP applications
* Experience building, deploying and maintaining LLM-based applications in production
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80.
00 - $85.
00 per hour
