Summary
Assist clients resolve any hardware / software related problems.
Maintain a log of any software / hardware problems.
Provide training & advice around computer equipment usage.
Escalate more complex calls to the IT Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Office 365 Administration including managing user accounts, groups and policies, administering standard and shared Exchange mailboxes and distribution lists
Onboarding new hires and creating User accounts in Active Directory
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, multifunction printers, phones, tablets, copy machines, and other IT related hardware/software.
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
Walk the users through the problem-solving process by phone or in person.
Direct unresolved issues as needed to the IT Manager or contracted IT vendor.
Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows Desktop Operating Systems and software
Install, upgrade, and repair computer hardware
Assists users with login and access to various software systems
Following the right precautions in ensuring Data Security
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant helpdesk experience.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field desired.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Knowledge of Office 365, iPhone and Windows platforms
Knowledge of Atera or similar Help Desk software a plus
Knowledge of BitDefender or similar Endpoint protection a plus
Knowledge of Polycom or similar VoiP phone system a plus
