* Offer training and technical support for parents in the areas of developmental disability services and behavioral support.
* Act as a resource to families by supporting the development of each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical skills through guidance, observation, modeling, and training.
*Key Responsibilities* * Receive mentorship from a Senior Clinical Supervisor, and the opportunity to receive restricted and unrestricted supervision hours * Execute ABA therapy programs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) * Deliver a high-quality level of clinical ABA services via direct and mid-level clinical work * Assist supervising BCBA in conducting initial and ongoing assessments * Assist supervising BCBA in writing treatment plans and assessment reports * Record and manage accurate data on client progress * Work directly with clients, observing Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environmental Teaching (NET) * Will assist Center BCBA by preparing curriculum materials for the day: facilitate circle, art, language for learning, etc.
* Complete all necessary paperwork and education requirements to comply with BACB and/or college requirements for advanced degrees (e.
g.
, MA, MS) and certifications (e.
g.
, BCaBA, BCBA).
*Requirements* Applicants must have: * Currently enrolled in a master's program in ABA * Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly, including evenings * Experience working with individuals with developmental needs is preferred * Candidate must be able to lift up to 10 pounds, sit, and run as needed.
