BMW 335i Mechanic Special - $3,000 (Stockton)

If you have this SCANNER TO CLEAR THIS CODE THIS IS A STEAL FOR YOU2007 BMW E90 335i twin turbo.
The Battery died due to leaving the ignition on for to long and so the key fob got locked in.
So when i charged the battery the next morning to get the key to release the car just cranks over only and this anti tampering code comes up on my scanner.
I had 2 locksmiths try to clear it and i had it at a local mechanic shop for two weeks but no luck they said the dealer has to clear it BMW dealer Wants $250 for a diagnosis and wouldnt quote how much to fix the issue.
They said they can fix anything with there scanner software.
I dont have the money now or a tow to Modesto sadly im going to have to sell im asking $3000 OBO.
its super clean in and out with a clean title and 148xxxmiles.
Lots of upgrades and all the stock parts included.
It has an Upgraded intercooler ,cold air intake, new injectors index 12.
Aluminum charge pipe, a jb4 which hasnt been installed i was waiting to put catless downpipes for my last upgrade.
Its my loss your gain if interested.
No issues other than the anti tampering theft mode.
