Saginaw 4 speed - $300 (Lathrop)

Hi I have a Saginaw 4 speed it was in my car for ten years always worked good but now it would grind when I downshift into third.
I replaced it with a five speed,it will need rebuild,it comes with linkage.
I also have some new bearings and synchro for it,a new pressure plate and aluminum bellhousing I will throw in,there might be some other parts also,it has 11 spline 300.
