Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members - Assist with coordinating meetings and events - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Skills: - Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience working at a front desk or in a customer-facing role is preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Knowledge of calendar management tools for scheduling appointments - Previous experience in a office or as a personal assistant is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
