*About this role:* Our company is seeking a talented and experienced full-cycle Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team of culture champions.
This is an on-site position at our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, organized, detailed-oriented, and have a passion for finding and attracting top talent, along with exceptional communication skills and proven experience managing the employee hiring and onboarding experience.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires to fill various positions, both union and non-union, within our growing company.
Additionally, this role will support the HR team with various projects, administrative functions, employee engagement events, and other tasks as needed.

* Maintain requisition log with status updates and changes.
* Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, career fairs, networking events, etc.
in order to grow a robust pipeline of candidates.
* Create and maintain job postings.
* Screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
* Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews.
Schedule additional interviews as necessary with hiring managers.
* Facilitate employee screening process.
Coordinating drug screening, physicals and background checks when necessary.
* Responsible for the candidate experience from initial contact through new hire orientation and onboarding.
* Maintain & develop pertinent community, education, and other partnership relationships.
* Coordinate with recruiting agency partners for external staffing support as needed.
* Coordinate and attend approved career fairs or other beneficial events (local and out-of-town travel required based on event schedule and hiring needs of the company at any given time).
* Assist with administration & support of the employment lifecycle of temporary/contract employees.
* Maintain and update key recruiting metrics as needed.
* Produce various data and reports as necessary utilizing HRIS reporting or other tools.
* Assist HR team with various administrative tasks, projects, employee engagement events, and other duties as assigned.
