Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update company calendars
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Process payroll and manage employee records
- Handle human resources functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Preference to Punjabi or Spanish Speaking Person
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively lead a team
