```Duties```
- Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities
- Supervise and provide guidance to program staff
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness
- Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership in program development and expansion initiatives
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Utilize behavioral health strategies to support individuals in achieving their goals

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g.
, social work, psychology, human services)
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities
- Strong supervisory and administrative skills
- Budgeting and financial management expertise
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
